In this web 3D application prototype the AdV web service provides building geometries for all of Germany with gml ID, while the energy service is a WFS that retrieves energy data having the same gml ID from the Energy ADE v1 (KIT Profile) hosted locally at HFT Stuttgart using 3DCityDB. SimStadt simulation engine is used to generate energy related attributes using CityGML building model of Nordbahnhofviertel. In addition, the AdV DGM (Terrain) and German basemap web services are also used.
