+## Overview  
+An augmented reality navigation app that helps students and visitors move around campus efficiently.  
+The system overlays **AR arrows** for turn-by-turn guidance and integrates a playful **Tap-to-Plant** function where users can place virtual plants along their route.  
+
+The focus is on creating a **working MVP in 2 days**: clear AR navigation + a small add-on for engagement.
+

+## Targets  
+- **AR arrows for navigation** between selected campus POIs (classrooms, labs, cafeteria, library).  
+- **Smooth transitions** between outdoor navigation (GPS) and indoor areas (simple building model).  
+- **Tap-to-Plant feature:** users can tap the ground to add a virtual plant/tree at a POI.  
+- **Info pop-ups (optional):** show POI name or basic info when approached.  
+

+## Data Needs  
+- Basic campus geodata (paths, entrances, 5–10 key POIs).  
+- Simplified building model (GeoJSON or IFC/CityGML).  
+- GPS coordinates of outdoor POIs.  
+

+## Acceptance Criteria  
+- Can a student follow **AR arrows** to reach a POI?  
+- Are the AR arrows **legible and correctly placed**?  
+- Can users **tap to plant** at least one virtual object in AR?  
+- Navigation and planting work in **WebAR (no installation)**.
