Add backup management

Problem For a high availability backups should be easy to handle to ensure a quick recovery. For this case backups should be manageable using the interactive menu.

Main Goals

• Initiate complete building backup from menu
• Restore building backup on a available (or new machine)
• Create portable archive of all backup data
• Restore portable archive in new setup

Additional Goals

• Restore backups per application
• Create backups per application
