Issue: BackEnd needs to read exercise-manifest from base directory
The BackEnd currently requires the exercise-test.mft manifest to be stored in each exercise directory as it pose not traverse back to the submission base directory.
Soultion: retrieve the mainfest from the submission's base directory.
