uploaded siimualted point cloud from BHT to cesium Ion and added the assett in Testgebiete.js , also updated Testgebiete.html with a switch to toggle PC on/off

uploaded smaller 10Mpts point cloud to cesium ion and assigned new assett Id in code for hftInnerhofRGB_PC variable. Removed blue pointcloud from HTML and JS code as it is ugly and takes time to load

only allowed one building model to show at a time, either Lod1 or Lod3. If one is selected, the other will be deselected and not be visible anymore
