[Task] User Account Activation

To avoid having users with invalid email address, this simple workflow can be helpful:

1. Users do registration.
2. Users receive an email to activate their account.
3. The accounts remain inactive until users click the activation link on step #2 (closed). Invalid users should not be allowed to access M4_LAB protected features.

Later on maybe we can delete the accounts that has been inactive for at least 6 months?
