Add explicit JOGL runtime dependencies to GUI module

openglfx-jogl does not declare JOGL; the GUI now uses com.jogamp.opengl
directly, so depend on jogl-all-main + gluegen-rt-main explicitly (versions
managed by parent; -main artifacts bundle platform natives).
