What does this MR do?
This MR removes the H2 AUTO_SERVER flag from the start parameters of the embedded database, which causes the database to start a local server to allow access to the embedded database while CityDoctor is running. This was used for debugging, and should not be enabled by default, as it causes Firewall popups when the embedded database is initialized, due to opening random ports. While H2 by default rejects any connection by remote machines, opening ports is still undesired in many environments. CityDoctor itself does not need these ports, as it uses the database-file to connect to the embedded database.
