- Create a new workspace
|

|
- Put a CityGML reader in the workspace and link the CityGML dataset to it, merge the features into a single feature
|
|
|
- Set appropriate coordinate reference system (e.g. for North Rhine-Westphalia EPSG:25832)
|
|
|
|
|

- Set up the writer for Cesium 3d tiles / ESRI I3S and select a folder where the transformed dataset should be saved
|

- Set the appropriate coordinate reference system, both Cesium and ArcGIS are working with WGS 84 (EPSG: 4326)
|
|
|
- Start the transformation
|
|
|
- Look at the output. The 3D tiles are generated in a named folder with a tileset.json file and a data directory. I3S writer output is a single file with the extension .slpk. |
